This Privacy Policy explains how Land of The Frozen ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Fairbanks, Alaska, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit www.landofthefrozen.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or join our email list.
By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and shipping and billing address.
- Order information: items purchased, order totals, and order history.
- Communications: messages you send us, and your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or promotions.
Payment information We do not see or store your full card number, Cash App details, PayPal login, or Apple Pay/Google Pay credentials. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers. We receive only limited details, such as payment status, the last four digits of a card, and billing information needed to complete your order.
Information collected automatically When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:
- Device and browser type, IP address, and approximate location (city or region level)
- Pages viewed, links clicked, time on site, and referring website
- Cookie and similar identifiers
Information from third parties We may receive order, payment, delivery, and analytics information from our service providers listed in Section 4.

3. Cookies and Analytics
Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working (such as your shopping cart), measure traffic, and understand how our marketing performs. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site, like checkout, may not work properly.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. Google processes this data according to its own policies:

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Other disclosures. We may also disclose information:
- Business transfers: if we merge with, are acquired by, or sell assets to another business.
- Legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order, or a government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws treat certain uses of analytics or advertising tools as "sharing" or "sale." We use Google Analytics and Omnisend for the purposes described here. You can opt out as described in Section 6.
5. Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Cards: card details go directly to our payment processor, which is PCI DSS compliant.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: these use tokenized payments, so we never receive your actual card number.
- PayPal and Cash App: you share payment information directly with those services, which handle it under their own privacy policies:

6. Email Marketing and Your Choices
Email marketing. When you sign up on our Site, through a pop-up or form, or at checkout with marketing permission, we add your email to our list through Omnisend. We use it to tell you about new items dropping soon, sales, and promotions. Omnisend may track whether you open our emails and click links so we can see what's useful to you.
Unsubscribe anytime. Click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at [email protected]. We'll stop within 10 business days. We may still send order and account messages, such as receipts and shipping updates.
Other choices
- Cookies: control them through your browser settings.
- Google Analytics: use the opt-out add-on in Section 3.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us (see Section 12).
7. Your Privacy Rights
Everyone. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Delete your personal information, with some exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (we don't sell it for money)
- Not be discriminated against for using your rights
Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, address, IP address), commercial information (purchase history), internet activity (browsing and interaction data), and approximate geolocation. We collect these for the purposes in Section 2 and disclose them to the service providers in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We'll verify your identity by matching information to your order or email record, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for written proof of authorization.
Residents of other U.S. states. If your state gives you privacy rights (such as access, deletion, correction, or opting out of targeted advertising), you can use the same email process. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.
EU and UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We process your data to fulfill your orders (contract), to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests (security, site improvement), and, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, with your consent. We respond within one month. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy:
- Order and transaction records: up to 7 years, for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
- Email marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data
- Google Analytics data: [2 / 14] months, per our analytics settings
- Customer support messages: up to 3 years
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption on our Site, limiting access to those who need it, and using reputable, PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. International Transfers and Third-Party Links
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. For transfers from the EU/UK, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses through our providers.
Our Site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest version. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the Site or email subscribers.
